this video clip shows isaiah helping umma feed himself cereal, and then shows appah feeding him carrots. he had already eaten most of his carrots, though it looks like a lot of it got on his bib! (and yes... its a thanksgiving bib...)
oh, did i mention that the carrots were homemade by umma herself?

how cute! he's such a good eater. Funny, but we gave Abigail carrots after rice cereal also. I splurged and bought the babycook as well but was surprised at how little it makes! We are going to give her bananas next b/c we happen to have them at home. I'm excited for her to try and love these foods. Some of those baby food puree recipes look like things I'd like to eat (only in pureed form)!
